JOB DESCRIPTION:
Schedule and supervise the activities of the Field Support Engineers and Technicians
Entrench effective policies and procedures that ensure Database/History documentation of all fault calls and resolution are logged in
Support Technicians and manage profitability of services through proper expense management and tracking
Ensure good working relationship with team members and other unit coordinator.
Ensure resolution time to faults and support benchmark and standard are maintained
Maintain close liaison with customers and attend meetings with or without implementation team with a view to providing good services
Administer and service maintenance contracts by ensuring that new service contracts are signed and existing contracts are renewed timely
Provides commentary on financial results and implications of operational processes and advises on corrective action to be taken
QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND REQUIREMENT:
A degree in any relevant field is required
A minimum of 7 years relevant experience is required
Experience in Designing/Implementing Large Data Centre’s is required
Should be familiar with redundant UPS Architecture and M&E Contracting
Should be able to work with HPAC Installations and AUTOCAD
Prior role at Management level will be an added advantage.
Must be ready to manage large operations spanning Nigeria and to offer Technical Support
